Direct booking discounts is not applicable to any Wedding or Event bookings and are at the discretion of Stellenbosch Manor and are subject to change and availability.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all our rooms and most communal areas, our rooms unfortunately do not have any in-room telephones.
Due to seasonal refurbishment of the guest rooms, communal areas and function venue, Décor and Fittings may vary from the photographs on our website and booking partners.

Reservations are only considered as cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by Stellenbosch Manor in writing.
Full payment for cancellations within 14 days of stay.
In event of premature departure, the full extent of stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
In the event of a “no show”, full payment will be charged.
Please note that a 5% cancellation fee of the total booking will be charged for any cancellations.

Stellenbosch Manor is a cash free environment, unfortunately we do not accept any cash and or cheque payments.
We require a valid ID/ Passport during check-in.
We require the original charged/ booking Credit Card during check-in.
100% payment will be required for bookings made 14 days or less before arrival.

Regretfully no children allowed under the age of 10.
Children between 10 and 12 surcharge of ZAR 550.00 per child per night, limited to one child per room, breakfast included.
Children between 12 and 18 will be charged the full rate sharing or single occupancy.

Please do keep our business hours in mind, as we do not offer a 24h front desk or concierges service.
A Continental breakfast is served daily.
Due to us not having an on-site Restaurant, lunches and dinners are offered in various restaurants in proximity of the Stellenbosch Winelands and Stellenbosch town.
For wine tasting guests can also visit one of the many wineries in the area or enjoy a bottle of Estate wine in their room.
Airport shuttle can also be arranged on request, note that charges do apply.
